BIDDING IN PERSON
AT THE AUCTION
PAYMENT AND COLLECTION
You will be required to fill out a registration
form at the auction venue for your bidding
number at the auction, and to do this you
must bring with along you government issued
photo ID.
An invoice with payment details will be
emailed to you after the finish of the Auction.
We accept both direct debit or credit card
payments. Credit card payment facilities will
be available at the auction. Payment must be
made before works will be released.

collected from Artvisory Galleries by 5pm on
Monday 10 February 2025.
Australian Prostate Centre acts as agent for the
vendor and the contract of sale for the lot will
be between the buyer and the vendor.

ONLINE BIDDING
The terms and conditions of business set forth
below are subject to amendment by verbal or
written notice prior to and during the auction
and sale. They constitute the entire contractual
agreement with the buyer in respect to any lot
offered at auction, which is being conducted
by Artvisory P/L as the agent. By bidding at
auction in any manner compliant with bidding
procedures, the buyer and all bidders agree to
be bound by these terms and conditions. To
the extent that an agent acts on behalf of the
buyer, liability for obligations arising from these
conditions of business will pass to the buyer.
Multiple buyers are jointly and severally liable
for obligations arising from this agreement.
If you are interested in bidding online, you will
need to register an account with Artvisory’s
online auction platform - Invaluable.com and
the easiest way to access this is to click on the
link for the New Directions Art Auction on the
Artvisory website www.artvisory.com.au
Please note if you don’t already have a profile
with Invaluable.com you will be required to
create one in order to bid online and your email
address, physical address and credit card details
for security will be requested. (Note: your card
will not be charged for your purchase but is
used to confirm your identity).
Once registered, you can place an absentee
bid on a lot in the auction, up until the time
that lot is opened for live bidding. If you are
the highest absentee bidder, our system will
place your bids automatically, one increment
higher than the last in-room bid, until we have
reached your maximum bid. You can also place
live bids online during the auction. You will
be able to watch the auction in progress and
participate during the sale on February 12, via a
live streamed video.
Please note there is a service fee of 5% charged
by Invaluable.com added to your purchase if
you choose to use this online bidding platform.
